茶油是最好的食用油嗎？

茶油幾乎是完美的食物油，它營養(yǎng)豐富，使用場景多樣，得到御卜了“油中之王”的美譽。

茶油是從油茶樹種子中，提取的純天然食用植物油，最大特點是富含對人體有益的以油酸和亞油酸為主的單不飽和脂肪酸，其含量遠高于芝麻油、花生油、大豆油等常見油類。此外還有豐富的天然維生素E、茶多酚等元素，讓茶油具備了美容抗衰老的功效。

使用茶油對頭部進行按摩，能夠改善發(fā)根、頭皮的血液循環(huán)，促進新陳代謝，防止脫發(fā)，還能夠幫助柔亮頭發(fā)。對于治療燙傷效果明顯，很多家庭便把山茶油作為了跌打、燙傷的常備藥。

脂肪是供給人體熱能的三大營養(yǎng)素之一，各種脂肪酸對人體而言都具有重要的生理功能，但是食用含飽和脂肪酸高的食物會導致血膽固醇濃度上升明祥，因此，一般要求食用飽和脂肪激拆搏酸只可占總熱量的0%～10%；多不飽和脂肪酸可占總熱量的3%～7%；單不飽和脂肪酸因可預防冠心病等心血管疾病，并可能取代多不飽和脂肪酸不增也不減血膽固醇濃度而發(fā)揮作用，故單不飽和脂肪酸占總熱量的比例是不限量的。從這個意義上說，茶油、橄欖油等是最好的食用油。而且，在其他植物油煎至120℃時，便會產(chǎn)生少量苯、芘等有害健康物質(zhì)；而茶油在煎到150℃時，也不會有此類變化，故茶油也適宜在炸制食物時使用。

茶葉籽油好嗎？

茶葉籽油是利用一般人們喝茶的茶葉樹在秋天結(jié)的果籽為原料、經(jīng)過低溫壓榨加工而來，產(chǎn)品富含茶多酚、亞油酸、亞麻酸等多種生扒畝物活性物質(zhì)。

茶葉籽油具有耐高溫、耐貯存、易吸收的特性。茶葉籽油制取難度大，產(chǎn)量很低，加之營養(yǎng)價值豐富。2009年12月《中華人民共和國衛(wèi)生部2009年第18號公告》中，正式批準茶葉籽油為新資源食品。

茶葉籽春磨森油主要營養(yǎng)成分

1.茶多酚 其抗氧化能力是維生素E的18倍；

2. 不飽和脂肪酸 含量高達82%以上；

（不飽和脂肪酸是高血壓、心臟病、動脈粥樣硬化、高血脂患者的理想保健營養(yǎng)成分。）

3.亞油酸 含量約為橄欖油的3-6倍，是木本油脂中游山含量最高；

4.維生素E 含量約為橄欖油的5-10倍。

此外，茶葉籽油還富含植物甾醇、胡蘿卜素、角鯊烯、維生素A、B等多種生物活性物質(zhì)及鐵、鋅、鎂、鈣等礦物質(zhì)。
